Every calendar month, within 24 hours of the inspection visit. The report arrives by WhatsApp and email, with photographs, a condition summary, and any flagged items. You never have to ask — it simply arrives.

Yes. A burst pipe, a triggered alarm, a broken shutter — we attend, coordinate, and report. We maintain relationships with trusted local contractors across plumbing, electrics, glazing, and general maintenance. You are notified at every stage.

We act as your physical Spanish address for official correspondence. Letters from the Agencia Tributaria, Ayuntamiento, and community of owners are received, photographed, and forwarded the same day with a plain-language explanation. We track your Modelo 210 deadlines and maintain a gestor relationship for when professional handling is needed.

English, Spanish, and Czech natively. All reports, correspondence, and WhatsApp communication are written in whichever language you prefer. If you prefer to switch mid-conversation, so do we.

Not at this stage. Tourist rental management requires a specific licence under Valencian Community regulations, and we have chosen not to operate in that space yet. Our focus is on absentee care — the period when your property needs protecting, not generating income.
